A beautiful morning scent. It has this grown-up, mind-waking, mind-clearing freshness in the first 30 minutes — slightly bitter-woody, with bergamot and petitgrain giving it a crisp, composed lift. I love that.

Overall, it feels like a natural perfumer’s homage to the classical masculine fougère, filtered through Alfonso’s deeper material language: less barbershop cleanliness, more mature masculine freshness, dried herbs, hay, moss, resin, old wood, and warm skin.
