Main ingredients: violet leaf, aged patchouli, cacao, Nagaland and Assam oud, ambrette, musk root, civet, Iranian rose, sandalwood, castoreum and hyraceum.

The perfume contains no deer musk. The tincture served as olfactory inspiration to recreate its sensations through other materials.

In this composition, practically every ingredient plays an important role. Indonesian patchouli brings a woody, earthy sensation, giving the perfume a serious character.

Ferula sumbul contributes a feeling of clean skin. Ambrette, used in trace amounts, adds a musky nuance reminiscent of white musk.

The powdery facet comes from orris butter and Iranian rose. The heart also features Indian ouds: Naga with a kinam-like, liquor-like profile, and Assam with a dark, almost black profile. Cacao is part of this heart and blends with the earthy, dark facets of the composition.

Nepalese sandalwood also contributes to this reconstruction, adding a slightly musky facet that can be perceived when used in high proportions.

To recreate the more animalic, dirty side of musk, the composition relies on civet, hyraceum and castoreum. These materials build the contrast between the feeling of clean skin and the animalic base.
