About The Glass Atelier

The Glass Atelier was born from an obsession with exceptional aromatic materials.

I am Alfonso Sánchez. What began as a personal collection of essential oils, absolutes and resins has become a workshop where I select raw materials from around the world, produce my own extractions and create perfumes in small batches.

Materials with an origin

I work directly with distillers and small producers, looking not only for purity but for character: natural oud and agarwood, sandalwoods, vetivers, aged patchoulis, floral absolutes, resins and vintage pieces from private collections. Every batch is chosen for what it offers olfactively.

Only glass

In industry, distillation is done in copper or steel. In my workshop there is only glass: a noble material that transfers no scent and leaves no trace. That way each extract expresses only what it is. Many are produced in tiny quantities and some are never repeated.

Perfumery

My perfumes are born from the same materials I offer in the shop. I don’t follow calendars or trends: each composition arrives when a combination deserves it, and some editions exist in only a few bottles.

Everything revolves around one idea: finding extraordinary materials, understanding them and letting them express their character.
